ABOUT THE BEER
Yes, that’s right, asparagus. This beer was developed for the Stockton Asparagus Festival held each April in Stockton. An infusion of fresh Asparagus juice is created and then blended into a Pale Wheat Ale. The flavor is quite clean and refreshing. The beer is served with a stalk of Asparagus in each glass. Approx. 4.0% ABV
